Your personal information, by İstadental Ağız Ve Diş Sağlığı San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“İstadental Clinic”), stipulated in Article 4.2 of the KVKK, namely;
(i) Being in compliance with the law and the rules of good faith,
(ii) Being accurate and, where necessary, up to date,
(iii) Being processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
(iv) Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
(v) Being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, in accordance with these principles, within the scope of the business relationships that we have established with our business partners and that are ongoing (it is possible for one person to fall within more than one category), may be processed in line with the purposes stated below.

a) management of goods/services sales processes,

d) execution of advertising/campaign/promotion processes and being able to send commercial electronic messages,
e) shall be processed for the purposes of execution of marketing analysis studies
Our supplier employee’s identity information, contact information, physical space security information and professional experience information (e.g. in-service training information);
a) execution of communication activities,
b) execution/auditing of business activities,
c) ensuring physical space security,
d) execution of supply chain management processes,
e) execution of logistics activities,
f) carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation,
g) shall be processed for the purposes of execution of occupational health/safety activities.
The identity information, contact information, physical space security information, customer transaction information, financial information, marketing information and legal transaction information of our real person suppliers or of our legal entity supplier representatives;
a) execution/auditing of business activities,
b) execution of goods/services purchasing processes,
c) execution of finance and accounting affairs,
d) execution of contract processes,
e) execution of investment processes,
f) ensuring physical space security,
g) shall be processed for the purposes of follow-up and execution of legal affairs.
Your personal data stated above in categories is collected by automated or non-automated means, through physical means such as order forms, contracts and visitor forms, or through information systems and electronic devices (e.g. telecommunication infrastructure, computers and telephones), third parties (e.g. KKB (Credit Bureau) and Findeks), our website and other documents declared by the data subject.
Your personal data, by İstadental Ağız Ve Diş Sağlığı San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“İstadental Clinic”); in line with the realization of the purposes explained above, on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, which are;
(i) Being expressly provided for in the laws,
(ii) Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; it being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract,
(iii) It being mandatory for the data controller to be able to fulfil its legal obligation,
(iv) Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
(v) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, is processed on the basis of these legal grounds.
(vi) The identity and contact data of our Customers and our Potential Customers shall be processed, on the basis of their explicit consent, for the purposes of carrying out advertising, campaigns and promotion and of being able to send commercial electronic messages.
a) Personal data belonging to our Visitors may be shared with law enforcement forces and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and in the event that it is requested pursuant to the relevant legislation.
b) Personal data belonging to our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and in the event that it is requested pursuant to the relevant legislation.
c) Personal data belonging to our Customers is transferred, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulations, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs and provision of information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations; and, to the extent necessary, to our group companies, to the IT company, to suppliers, to cargo companies, to insurance companies, to banks and to our financial advisor for the purposes of execution/auditing of business activities, execution of risk management processes and due performance of our services. Furthermore, the personal data in question may be transferred, for the purpose of being used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future, to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities.
d) Personal data belonging to our potential customers may be transferred, for the purpose of being used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future, to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities.
e) Personal data belonging to our supplier employee is transferred, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulation, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs, provision of information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations and execution/auditing of business activities; and, to the extent necessary, to the group companies, to the IT company, to suppliers, to cargo companies, to banks and to our financial advisor for the purpose of due performance of the service. Furthermore, the personal data in question may be transferred, for the purpose of being used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future, to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities.
f) Personal data belonging to our supplier representative is transferred, within the scope stipulated by the legal regulations, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs, provision of information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations and execution/auditing of business activities; and, to the extent necessary, to the group companies, to the IT company, to suppliers, to cargo companies, to banks and to our financial advisor for the purpose of due performance of the service. Furthermore, the personal data in question may be transferred, for the purpose of being used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future, to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities.
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the purposes listed above, in compliance with the KVKK and all relevant legislation in force, and without being limited to those listed; to our shareholders, our senior management, our business partners, our suppliers, our business contacts, our employees, our auxiliary persons in performance, or, in line with the field of activity and purpose of the Company or in the cases stipulated by the relevant legislation, to regulatory and supervisory authorities and official authorities, to third parties domestically or abroad.
You may submit to us your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of data subjects, through the “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Formu” (Application Form to the Data Controller), which is available at www.istadentalclinic.com belonging to İstadental and which has been prepared in order to provide convenience to you pursuant to the “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ” (Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller).
