(“İstadental Clinic”), acting in the capacity of data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and of the Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ (Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform), in order to inform you with respect to the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the legal grounds therefor, the method of their collection, to whom they may be transferred and your rights within the scope of the KVKK.
Your personal data consisting of your name and surname, telephone and e-mail which you share through the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the business units in order to enable the data subjects to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, of conducting the relevant business processes and of being able to contact you regarding the matter about which you have applied. Furthermore, we do not have absolute control over the information which you share by means of this form. We recommend that you do not share with our Company those personal data and special categories of personal data which you do not wish us to know.
The personal data in question are processed by automated means on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract”, and shall be shared only with the relevant judicial authorities in legal disputes.
